Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the SV365 platform. By using SV365, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement and eligibility

You must be authorized to act for your organization and use SV365 lawfully. You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials.

2. Service scope

SV365 provides software for operational, compliance, and fleet workflows. The service supports compliance activity but is not legal advice.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate data and maintain it over time.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable law and policy.
  • Maintain internal controls for user access and approvals.
  • Promptly report suspected security incidents.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SV365, including attempts to:

  • Access systems or data without authorization.
  • Disrupt services or degrade platform performance.
  • Upload malicious content or violate third-party rights.

5. Fees and billing

Paid features are billed under your subscription terms. Invoices, payment windows, and suspension conditions are set in the applicable commercial agreement or published pricing. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers as described in Section 11.

6. Data and privacy

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. You own your customer data, and you grant SV365 a limited right to process it to deliver the service. Data processing partners are disclosed in Section 11.

7. Intellectual property

SV365 and related materials remain SV365 intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update features, security controls, and dependencies to maintain service quality and safety. Planned maintenance and emergency changes may affect availability.

9. Warranty and liability

SV365 is provided on an as-available basis, except where non-excludable consumer rights apply. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law and the governing commercial agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate under the contract terms. On termination, access ends and data handling follows agreed retention/export procedures and legal obligations.

11. Third-party service providers

SV365 uses the following third-party providers to deliver the service:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and billing management
  • Keycloak: Identity, authentication, and single sign-on (SSO)
  • OpenReplay: Optional session replay and user behavior analytics (where enabled)
  • HashiCorp Vault: Secure secrets management
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: Hosting and data storage services

These providers process data as necessary to deliver SV365 and comply with their respective privacy and security obligations.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Australian law and the jurisdiction stated in your service agreement, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
